This morning Gabe swam an awesome time 49.1! His personal best in the 100m freestyle! We are on to the Semifinals tonight which take place at 6:45 Omaha time, which is 4:45 in CA!! You can watch live online at nbcolympics.com! Gabe is at peace and focused for his race:) and I am at peace too! It all comes from the Lord as we trust in Him. I will update again after tonight! To God be the Glory, He is Good ALL the time:)

This is TOTALLY nervewracking!!!!
We are on the edge of our seats wondering how this will go and cannot believe we're missing it. I can't find the video from this morning online. I really want to see it. If you know how to find it post so those of us who couldn't watch it can see it.
God's perfect will be done!

Wow, I agree with Jen, this is like torture! I'm so glad you are both at peace. God is so good. His will is perfect, and He is being glorified through Gabe's wonderful attitude! We love you all.
Yeah Gabe! Another personal best! We will be praying for tomorrow. Ben is so proud of you (I am too, but Ben loves this competition stuff so much!)

I agree with everyone else, it is TOTALLY nerve wracking when you don't have cable and can't watch it. Tim and I were searching online to try to find something and we did find a cool interview with Gabe here (cut and paste this link)
